Registering with false information is considered a direct violation of these terms and may result in account closure.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, or using the same device, IP address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their login credentials, password, and account access fully secure. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the sixer 6 support team immediately. sixer 6 is not responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access, unless the member reported the matter in a timely manner.

2.4 Account Transfer

A member may not sell, rent, transfer, or allow another person to use their account. The account is entirely personal and non-transferable.

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

All casino and betting services on sixer 6 are for persons aged 21 or above only. Registration or use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Terms on Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on sixer 6: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (via BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Only payment accounts registered in the member's own name may be used.

4.2 Deposit Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) and this applies to all payment methods. Deposits are generally credited to the account immediately after processing. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Successfully submitted withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. To make a withdrawal, account verification must be complete and applicable wagering conditions on bonuses must be met. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed under any circumstances.

4.4 Right to Review Funds

sixer 6 reserves the right to review any withdrawal request, particularly where there are indications of unusual activity. If fraud or a violation of rules is suspected, funds may be held during the period of investigation. In such cases, the member will be asked to provide additional documentation.

Gaming and Betting Rules

6.1 Use of Gaming Services

All services on sixer 6 — including casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, and crash games — should be used for entertainment purposes only. Gaming decisions are made at the member's own discretion, and the platform is not responsible for the outcome of any game.

6.2 Policy on Technical Errors

If irregularities in game results occur due to technical errors, server outages, or connectivity issues, sixer 6 reserves the right to cancel or reconsider the relevant bet at its own discretion. Incorrect payouts displayed as a result of an error may not be claimed, and the platform's decision in such cases is final.

6.3 Betting Limits

Prohibited Activities

7.1 List of Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the sixer 6 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Playing games or placing bets using software bots, scripts, or automated methods
• Attempting to manipulate game results or any attempt to undermine the security of the platform
• Colluding with other members to exploit games or the bonus system (collusion)
• Using credit cards or third-party payment methods not approved on the platform
• Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of another person
• Conducting fraudulent activities against the platform or other members

7.2 Consequences of Violations

If a member participates in any of the above prohibited activities, sixer 6 may immediately suspend or close the account, cancel all bonuses and bonus-related winnings, and notify the relevant authorities where applicable.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

8.1 sixer 6's Rights

sixer 6 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason. However, this right is exercised for reasonable cause, which includes violation of terms, suspicion of fraud, or failure to complete verification.

8.2 Member's Rights

A member may also request closure of their account at any time. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw all eligible funds will be provided; however, any portion subject to unfulfilled bonus conditions will be cancelled. In accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy, if a member wishes to take a temporary break or use a self-exclusion option, they can contact the support team and it will be arranged.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. In this case, sixer 6 will notify the member through their contact details and give them the opportunity to reactivate it.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Nature of the Service

sixer 6 is an online entertainment platform. Gaming and betting activities carry inherent financial risk. sixer 6 is not responsible for any financial loss a member may incur from using the platform. The platform's direct liability for losses caused by service interruptions, technical issues, or failures of third-party service providers is also limited.

9.2 Third-Party Services

sixer 6 works with various game developers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe to provide game content. In the event of any disruption to these third-party services or a dispute over game results, sixer 6 will act as an intermediary, but the game developer's technical decision will be considered final.

9.3 Circumstances Beyond Control

sixer 6 is not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government directives, cyberattacks, or other unavoidable circumstances. However, efforts to restore service as quickly as possible will continue.

Terms Changes and Updates

10.1 Right to Make Changes

sixer 6 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform and/or sent to the registered email. However, there is no obligation to provide a separate notice for minor changes.

10.2 Acceptance of Changes

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be taken as the member's acceptance of the new terms. If a member does not wish to accept the new terms, they should stop using the platform and submit a request to close their account.
